8.4 Einbau Motor, Motorträger und
Kupplungsglocke
Hinweis:
Vor Einsatz der Motoreinheit,
Vergaseranschlußschlauch an den
Tank anschließen.
Motorträgerplatte (S4834) zur
Befestigung der Motoreinheit
zwischen die Motorträger (S4907) und
(S4908) schieben.
Hinweis:
Motoreinheit bis zum Anschlag in die
Kupplungsglocke einführen.
Nach Montage der Motoreinheit durch
Drehen des Hauptzahnrads
Leichtgängigkeit der Kupplungsglocke
prüfen. Durch eventuelles
nochmaliges Lösen der
Motorträgerschrauben (S0034) und
Lagerbockbefestigungsschrauben
(S3037) den Motor fluchtgenau zur
Kupplungsglocke ausrichten.
In seltenen Fällen müssen
Fertigungstoleranzen durch
Verwendung der Unterlagen (!)
(S4671) ausgeglichen werden.

8.4 Installing the engine, engine
mount and clutch bell
Note:
Before attempting to run the engine
don't forget to connect the
carburettor feed line to the fueltank.
Locate the motor mount plate (S4834)
which secures the motor assembly,
and slide it between the motor
mounts (S4907) and (S4908).
Note:
Push the motor assembly into the
clutch bell as far as it will go.
After installing the motor assembly
turn the main gear to check that the
clutch bell rotates freely. If necessary
loosen the motor mount screws
(S0034) and the bearing bracket
retaining screws (S3037) again and
adjust the motor until it lines up
exactly with the clutch bell.
In rare cases an accumulation of
manufacturing tolerances may have to
be corrected by fitting the packing
pieces (!) (S4671).

8.4 Installation du moteur, support-
moteur et cloche d'embrayage
À noter:
Avant d'installer l'unité de
motorisation, raccorder la durite du
carburateur au réservoir.
Glisser la plaque support-moteur
(S4834) pour la fixation de l'unité de
motorisation entre le support-moteur
(S4907) et le support-moteur (S4908).
À noter :
Introduire l'unité de motorisation
jusqu'en butée dans la cloche
d'embrayage.
Contrôler ensuite la souplesse de la
cloche d'embrayage après avoir
monté l'unité de motorisation en
faisant tourner la roue dentée
principale. Aligner le moteur
exactement dans l'axe de la cloche
d'embrayage, si nécessaire, en
desserrant les vis du support-moteur
(S0034) et les vis de fixation du porte-
palier (S3037).
Cela peut se produire, mais ne
s'impose que rarement pour
compenser des tolérances d'usinage :
utiliser les intercalaire (!) (S4671).
