Cleaning engine, cooling air inlet
Keep engine clean by wiping down with a cloth rag.
Keep the cylinder fins free of dust or dirt. Dust or dirt adhering
to the fins may cause engine overheat and piston seizure.
Blowing air is taken in from the air inlet vent. When airflow
drops down during operation, stop engine and inspect the
air inlet vent for any blockages. Clean it if necessary. Such a
blockage may cause overheat and damage the engine.
Replacing gaskets and packings
Replace gaskets and packings if the engine is
disassembled.
