For ease of assembly only loosely tighten bolts and then tighten fully when assembly is complete.

IMPORTANT - Remove any packaging before use, but retain the safety instructions and store them with this product.

Ensure that the lid is closed prior to assembly.
ASSEMBLY
STEP 1 - Stand the section 1 upright and place the upper cross braces (2) close to section 1. Inserting truss head screw
E through the whole of section 1 and section 2 and install D nut and tighten securely.
STEP 2 - (Installing the lower cross braces and casters) Place the assembles lower cross braces (3) under section 1.
Stand the section 6 upright to make it close to section 1 and secrion 2. Inserting screw A through section 2 and
section 4, install D keps nut and tighten securely. Next insert the threaded caster stem through the whole in the
end of the lower cross brace then through the riser and finally the riser brace. Install (G) cushion and (B) nut,
repeat this at the remaining 3 caster locations and securely tighten.
STEP 3 - Secure the 3x bracket (STEP2) & triangle connection piece (5) to using the 12x screws (A) with the 12x nuts (D).
STEP 4 - To place the Kamado Grill (9) on the tripod first remove all of the items that are inside of the grill to make lifting
easier.
STEP 5 - Use a minimum of 2 people when lifting the Kamado Grill on to the cart. Place one of your hands in the bottom
vent of the Kamado and the other one under the grill. Lifting by the hinge or side tables could result in injury
and damage to the product.
STEP 6 - Place the Kamado Grill on the cart with the bottom vent facing to the front of the cart allowing the vent to open
and close without any interruption.
