Telephoning with ease
Using the call list
If you do not answer a call it is stored in the call list with the time and date.
You can display this list at any time and return calls to the subscribers entered in it.
The list contains the 10 most recent entries.
Selecting an entry from the call list
Press the "Call list" function key.
Scroll to the desired entry, e.g. 0069123456.
Lift the handset.
Deleting an entry
Press the "Call list" function key.
Scroll to the entry you want to delete, e.g. 0069123456.
Delete entry.

Once you return a call stored in the call list, that entry is automatically deleted if the
call went through. IP Office
• If you call an entry from the call list, the entry is automatically deleted.
