6. MAINTENANCE
CARE!
Never carry out maintenance or cleaning
operations with the engine on. Before
working on the accessory/tool always
remove the ignition key and/or spark
plug cap to prevent sudden or unexpect-
ed starting.
CARE!
After the machine has come to a stop
cool the hot surfaces down for at least 15
to 20 minutes before approaching it.
CARE!
Do not carry out repairs involving weld-
ing, drilling, grinding etc. on structural
components and safety devices.

Do not carry out repairs involving welds,
drills or grinding holes on structural com-
ponents and safety devices.
6.1 GREASING
After every wash and/or 50 hours working
you need to grease the adjustment wheel
using the greasers shown in
the universal joint using the greaser pres-
ent under the plastic cover protection. In
order to catch the mentioned greaser, re-

move one of the 2 clamps fixing the pro-
tection cover and compress it until you
can reach the greaser which is positioned
on the joint of the joint.
The brushes consumption can vary con-
sidering the speed rotation , the terrain
configuration , to the load applied via the
adjustment wheel and to the material of
the wheel itself ( plastic, iron or other).
when the brush is no longer effective, re-
place the bristles by removing them from
the plate (in the case of an iron brush) or
replace the entire plastic brush.
At the end of its life cycle the product must
be disposed of following the sorted disposal
regulations currently in force and it can not
be treated as simple urban refuse waste.
The product must be disposed of at ded-
icated waste disposal areas or it must be
returned to the dealer if you wish to ex-
[ fig. 19]
and
change it for a new equivalent.
