2.3 Technical data
Refer to Table 1 - Section 9 for data regarding power, electrical power supply, dimensions, overall
dimensions, etc.

Control panel (Pic.3 - Section 8)
The temperature inside the appliance can be adjusted (all models) by means of the buttons on the
digital control unit. Refer to section 5 (Installation and operation of the appliance) for information
on setting the temperature and programming the digital control unit.
Support racks
The height of the racks can be freely adjusted to accommodate products of different heights. Pro-
ceed as follows to modify the height:

Remove the rack;

Position the rack supports in the desired position;

Place the rack back onto the supports.
2.5 Included accessories
The appliance comes standard equipped with the following accessories:

AK91BB/AK101BB: 2 485x318 mm shelves;

AK191BB/AK201BB: 4 385x318 mm shelves;

AK291BB/AK301BB: 4 385x318 mm shelves + 2 435x318 mm shelves;

AK191BBS/AK201BBS: 4 375x345 mm shelves;

AK291BBS/AK301BBS: 4 375x345 mm shelves + 2 415x345 mm shelves.
2.6 Protection devices present on the appliance
The appliance is equipped with the following safety protection devices:

Protective grille for the technical compartment, which prevents the users from touching mov-
ing and live parts during normal operation of the appliance.
It is strictly forbidden to remove, modify or deactivate any safety /protection device
on the appliance. It is also forbidden to remove or damage any safety labels.
3. Safety and hygiene instructions
This section summarises the information concerning all the essential safety-related aspects. The
individual sections also contain important safety related information (with relative symbols), in or-
der to prevent the occurrence of hazards. Users must comply with the information given on the
pictograms, nameplates and wording on the appliance, taking care to ensure that they remain legi-
ble. Compliance with all the safety related instructions guarantees optimum protection and perfor-
mance of the appliance in complete safety and without problems.
