3 Assembly of the electrolysis cell
The electrolysis cell is only installed horizontally. The gas sensor must be aligned
upwards.
For maintenance, cleaning or replacement of the electrodes, shut-off valves must be
provided upstream and downstream of the cell. We recommend installation in a
bypass.
The electrolysis cell is installed as the last component in the swimming pool
installation so that other components such as heat exchangers or solar systems are
not damaged.
The plug of the electrolysis cell is connected to the dosing unit.
Please observe:
The cable must never be extended.
The plug between the electrolysis cell and the dosing system may only be
connected or disconnected when the system is switched off.

For additional safety we recommend an optionally available flow measurement.
4 The correct salt
Only salt suitable for the operation of electrolysis systems in the swimming pool may
be used.
Please observe:
The following products must not be used:
1. Road salt
2. Rock salt
3. Iodised salt
The device is also suitable for operation with sea water.
