3.2 Hand control
The manual control enables access to the dosing of the pH and the disinfectant. This
function is particularly suited to the commissioning of the measurement, regulation and
dosing system.
The arrow buttons can be used to select/deselect the manual control of "pH" and
"Disinfection". Pressing the OK–button for 2 seconds activates the manual control for
the selected area.
Caution: Since the dosing pump functions with maximum performance (100%) until
the setpoint is reached, this may lead to over-dosing.
Reason: If a water care product is pumped into the nozzle pipe, a time delay will occur
in conjunction with the pool hydraulics until such time as the water enriched with water
care products again reaches the measuring cells.

3.5 IDS – Intelligent Dosing System
Automatic adaptation of dosing time limit.
In a swimming pool, the framework conditions are constantly changing, for example,
due to the addition of fresh water or the reduction in chlorine concentration in the water
care product.
For safety reasons, a strict dosing time limit switches the dosing off after the specified
time. When using IDS, the device registers that the values are stabilising and
automatically extends the dosing time limit. This prevents early safety deactivation for
most instances.
