Proceed as described below to connec t the Area T erminal to the Chiller/
heat pump board:
remove the panel that protects the elec tric control board;
pass the telephone cable c omi ng from the Area Ter minal through
the fairlead pres ent on the str ucture and on the electric c ontrol
board;
engage the telephone cable end on the J13 female c onnector
present on the unit circuit board;
remount the previ ousl y-removed panels.

realised using an AWG 20/22 shielded cabl e (4 wires + screen) and
two by-pass boards (use the E968573484 Kit) as in the layout shown
below.

The connections between board and switc h or remote light must be
made with screened cable (make sure the screening is continuous
throughout the length of the c able) c onsisting of 2 twisted 0.5 mm² wires
and the screening. The screening must be connec ted to the earth scr ew
on the panel (on one side onl y). T he maxi mum permitted distanc e is 30
m.
Lay the c abl es far from power cables, c ables with a different voltage
and cabl es that emit elec tromagnetic distur banc e.
Do not lay the cabl es in the vicinity of appliances that could create
electromagnetic interferenc e.

• Remote ON/OFF en abling (SCR)
Remove the cl amps jumper and c onnect the wires coming from the
remote c ontrol ON/OFF selec tor (selec tor to be installed by the
installer).

• Enabling of remote summ er/winter with HPH accessor y
Connect the c ables coming from the remote s ummer/wi nter s elector
onto the clamps .
Now modify the R em. r emote Summ er/W inter param eter (Ref. Page
12).
ATTENTION
• LBG – LCF1 – LCF2 – LCF3 remote control
To remotel y c ontrol the two signals, c onnect the two l amps acc ording to
the i nstructions pr ovided in the wiring diagram supplied with the
mac hine.

The DSP acc essor y can be used to connec t a selector in order to
switch between two set-points.
