Dismantling the Unit - Disposal of
Components/Harmful Substances

environment.
When the unit is dismantled it is important to
adhere scrupulou sly to the follo wing procedures.
DANGER !
The mach ine contains potentially d angerous parts.
Always contact specialised comp anies for dispo sal.
It is advisable that the dismantling of the unit is performed by a
company authorised to c ollect obsol ete products and mac hiner y.
The unit as a whole is composed of materials c onsidered as s econdary
raw materials and the following c onditi ons mus t be obser ved:
• the c ompressor oil must be removed, recovered and deli vered to a
body authorised to coll ect waste oil;
• refrigerant gas may not be discharged into the atmos phere. It should
instead be rec overed by means of type-approved devices, stored in
suitabl e c ylinders and deli vered to a c ompany authorised for the
collection;
• the filter-drier and el ectronic c omponents (el ectrol ytic condens ers)
are considered s pecial was te, and mus t be delivered to a body
authorised to c ollect s uch items;
• the expanded polyurethane rubber insulation on the water heat
exc hanger and the pol yurethane and sound-absorbent sponge lini ng
the bodywor k must be r emoved and process ed as urban refuse.

Maintenance summary table
DANGER !
The mainten ance interventions, even if only
inspections, must b e performed b y qualified staff.
Always act on the automatic master switch (IG)
positioned to protect the entir e plant before an y
maintenance oper ation, also if only an inspection.
Make sure that no one accid entally supplies po wer
to the machine; lock the automatic master switch
(IG) in the zero position.
Check p erfect functionalit y of the earth plant.
No intervention can be p erformed with the machine
running.
DANGER !
When operating with compr essed air, always use
I.P.D. envisioned b y the law (glasses, ear
protection, etc.).
IMPORTANT !
Always wear protective gloves during op erations.
