3. Warnings
In case of malfunction, contact the dealer or the manufacturer. Unauthorized

modifications or repairs may damage your scale and void the manufacturer's
warranty.
The display unit and scale must not get wet. Liquids (e.g. water) can cause
f
damage. Use a dry cloth, e.g. a towel, to dry the display.
Disconnect the power supply to this device before any installation, cleaning or
f
maintenance. Otherwise, the device could be damaged.
If the scale is not to be used for a long period of time, please remove the power
f
supply.
Avoid stacking materials on the display or loading the display with weights.

This can lead to damage.
Place the scale on a firm, stable and level surface so that accurate measure-
f
ment results can be ensured. If the surface is soft or inclined, the measure-
ment results will not be representative.
Do not connect the display to unstable power sources.

Use only the original equipment. The use of other makes may cause damage
f
to the scale.
Simultaneous contact between the interface and the patient is not permitted.
