    Hinweis zur Bedienungsanleitung Die vorliegende Bedienungsanleitung ist ein Auszug aus dem Handbuch zum Waagenterminal 3020, der Sie bei ersten Schritten und einfachen Tätigkeiten an der Waage unterstützen soll. Um die volle Leistungsfähigkeit Ihres neuen Gerätes zu nutzen, steht Ihnen das ausführliche Handbuch zur Verfügung.
  • Page 4 Deutsch Aufstellen / Inbetriebnahme Stellen Sie vor Anschluss sicher, dass die erforderliche Spannungsversorgung laut Typenschild und die Ausführung des Netzsteckers mit Ihren örtlichen Gegebenheiten übereinstimmt. Stellen Sie die angeschlossenen Waagen waagerecht und kippsicher auf. Schützen Sie das Gerät durch Wahl des Aufstellungsortes vor Stößen, Vibrationen, starker Wärme oder Kälte, Luftzug, Chemikalien und Nässe.

  • Page 7 Deutsch Anzeige Das Display zeigt situationsabhängig unterschiedliche Ansichten. Es ist in Anzeigefelder unterteilt. Nebenanzeige: Zeigt zweite Einheiten, Gewichtswerte SYMBOLLEISTE NEBENANZEIGE beim Zählen, Differenzen zum Sollwert etc. Kann auf Wunsch eingeschaltet werden. ANZEIGEFELD Symbolleiste: Zeigt Informationen zum Status der aufgeschalteten Messstelle. Anzeigefeld: Zeigt Gewichtswert, Stückzahl, Dimensions- kennzeichen.

    Einschalten Drücken Sie die EIN/AUS Taste. Beim Einschalten wird während der Initialisierung das Soehnle Professional - Logo angezeigt. Die erkannten Messstellen werden kurz angezeigt. Die Waage wird nach der Einschaltroutine auf Null gesetzt. (Dies kann bei nicht eichfähiger Kalibrierung abweichen). Beim Einschalten wird das zuletzt benutzte Anwendungsprogramm wieder aufgeschaltet.
  • Page 9 Deutsch Nullstellen Drücken Sie die Nullstell-Taste zur Korrektur kleiner Abweichungen vom Nullpunkt, z.B. durch Verschmutzung der Waage. Nullstellbereich eichfähig und nicht eichfähig: -1 bis +3% des Wägebereichs. Ist Nullstellen nicht möglich, erscheint für zwei Sekunden die Fehlermeldung "Oberhalb Nullsetzgrenze" oder "Unterhalb Nullsetzgrenze". Nullnachführung Die Nullnachführung korrigiert automatisch kleine Abweichungen der Nullanzeige.
  • Page 10 Organisationsdaten dienen der Zuweisung von Identifikationsmerkmalen bei der Dokumentation von Wiegungen, z.B. Artikelnummer, Lieferant, Waagenbediener. Sie sind in allen Anwendungsprogrammen verfügbar. Das Anzeigegerät 3020 besitzt 4 Organisationsdatenspeicher. Jeder Speicher hat • eine frei wählbare Bezeichnung, z.B. "Artikelnr." (bis 12 Zeichen) •...
  • Page 11 Datenspeicherinhalt dekadenweise zu löschen. Waagenumschaltung Wechsel zwischen mehreren angeschlossenen Waagen. In das Anzeigegerät 3020 können bis zu zwei Messstellen eingebaut werden. Die Umschaltung zwischen den Messstellen erfolgt durch Drücken der INFO-Taste und dann der ORG-Taste ( nacheinander). Die angeschlossenen Messstellen werden nacheinander aufgeschaltet.

    Deutsch Summieren und Kommissionieren Summieren bedeutet, dass die einzelnen Positionen nacheinander verwogen werden, das Gewicht wird im Summenspeicher addiert und die Waage wird nach jeder einzelnen Wiegung wieder entlastet. Kommissionieren bedeutet, dass die gewogenen Positionen auf der Waage verbleiben, das Gewicht wird im Summenspeicher addiert und die Waage geht ohne Entlastung wieder auf Null.
  • Page 19 Deutsch 3.2.3 Tarieren Tarafunktionen wie bei 3.1 Wiegen und Tarieren. 3.2.4 Bedienung der Summier-Funktionen Durch Drücken der F-Taste wird das Gewicht auf der Wägebrücke in den Summenspeicher übertragen. Der Postenzähler und die laufende Nummer werden um 1 erhöht. Vor einer erneuten Summierung muss die Waage mindestens bis zum im Einstellmodus festgelegten Entlastungsfaktor entlastet werden.

    Deutsch Zählen Zählen von gewichtsgleichen Teilen. Aus einer bekannten kleinen Menge von Zählteilen wird das Einzelteilegewicht (Referenzgewicht) ermittelt. Dieses dient dann als Divisor, um aus dem Gewicht einer unbekannten Menge dieser Zählteile die Stückzahl zu ermitteln. 3.3.1 Funktionstaste Funktionen der F-Taste: Referenzgewichtsermittlung 3.3.2 Displayansicht Zählen In der Nebenanzeige wird der Gewichtswert angezeigt.

Die Speicherplatznummer wird vom Gerät vergeben. Die erste Zahl in der Klammer gibt die Anzahl der freien Speicherplätze, die zweite Zahl die durch Referenz-Festwerte belegten Speicherplätze ORG-Taste betätigen.

    Deutsch Kontrollieren Kontrollieren ob das Wiegegut einem Sollgewicht innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Toleranzbereichs entspricht. Beispiel: Sie wollen mehrere Wägeteile auf die Einhaltung des Sollgewichts überprüfen. Diese Funktion kann auch für das Einwiegen auf einen vorgegeben Sollwert genutzt werden. Beispiel: Sie wollen 50 kg in ein Behältnis abfüllen. Nach Auflegen des Wiegegutes wird im Display das Ist-Gewicht und in der Nebenanzeige die Differenz mit + oder - Vorzeichen zwischen Sollgewicht und Istgewicht angezeigt.

    Notes on the Operating Manual This operating manual is a short version of the Program Terminal 3020 and is intended to help you through your first steps with the scale and entry-level operations. The detailed manual contains complete information on the application programs. It also describes the Setting mode which helps you to set the scales to meet your specific requirements.

    The appliance may only be opened by trained service technicians. Before working on the appliance, unplug the power supply. After power-on, the measured values will stabilise after a warm-up period of 30 minutes. Further information on power-on is provided in the Operating Manual 3020. Connections Power supply...

    The basic functions are similar or identical for all application programs. Power on/off Power-on After power-on and during the run-up phase, the Soehnle Professional logo is displayed. The measuring points are briefly listed as they are detected. The scale is zeroed after the power-on routine. (This may vary with non-approved calibration).
  • Page 34 English Zeroing Press the zeroing key to correct minor deviations from the zero point, e.g. caused by soiling on the scale.     English Totalising and batching Totalising means that the individual items are weighed one after the other, the weight is added in the total memory and the scale is then clipped off again at the end of each weighing operation. Batching means that the weighed items remain on the scale, the weight is added in the total memory and the scale then returns to zero without clip off.
  • Page 44 English 3.2.3 Taring Taring functions same as for 3.1 Weighing and taring. 3.2.4 Operating the totalising functions Press the F key to transfer the weight on the weighing platform to the total memory. The item counter and the consecutive number are incremented by 1. Before requesting the next total, the scale must be clipped off at least to the clip off factor defined in Setting mode.

The consecutive number is not reset to the factory setting when the total memory is cleared.
