Setting the cooking time

. Press the cooking time key
D The indicator light in the key flashes.
D The display field shows
. Enter the cooking time using the numeric keys, e.g.
D Range variable from 0.1 to 999 minutes.

Setting the core temperature

The core temperature function
with the core temperature sensor, see page 48 section 3.5
The cooking time is disabled if you use the core temperature function.

. Enter the core temperature to be reached inside the food being cooked using the numeric
keys, e.g. and
D Temperature range variable from 20 to 99°C.
Confirming the settings and starting the cooking process
. Press the Start/Stop key
D Display of the cooking process:
− The Start/Stop key lights up and
− the cooking time runs down once the cooking compartment temperature is almost rea-
ched (AQA − automatic quantity adjustment).
D If the cooking time display
door has not been opened following a cooking process − open and close the cooking com-
partment door.
D Cooking data can be modified and displayed during the cooking process, see page 50 sec-
tion 3.7
