Risk of injury from hot coolant
If the coolant tank is opened during or immediately after operation, coolant may spray out and cause
burns or irritation to skin and mucous membranes.
► Keep the coolant tank closed during operation.
► Wait at least 5 seconds after switching off before opening the screw cap of the coolant tank.
► Check and wear your personal protective equipment.
► Switch the device on and off with the ON/OFF switch.

7.1 Prior to initial commissioning and after a longer standstill

Bleed the device and cable assembly.

Check the tightness of the coolant connections.

8 Decommissioning

► Observe the documentation for the welding components.

9 Maintenance and cleaning

Scheduled maintenance and cleaning are prerequisites for a long service life and trouble-free operation.
Electric shock due to missing grounding
If the housing of the device is improperly mounted, the grounding may not be properly established.
There is a risk of life-threatening electric shock.
► The housing may be disassembled and assembled only by a qualified electrician for maintenance
► Each time the cover plates are opened, have a safety inspection performed in accordance with

► Check all live cables and connections for proper installation and damage.

► Switch off the device.
► Disconnect all electrical connections.
► Leave the device switched off throughout the entire bleeding process.
