• Do not insert the plug into the socket with wet hands.
• To avoid the danger of bottles or cans containing carbonated liquid exploding, do not place
them in the freezer compartment.
• Bottles containing a large quantity of alcohol should be carefully resealed
and placed upright in the appliance.
• Do not touch the cooling surface with wet hands to avoid the risk of being
burned or injured.
• Do not eat ice from the freezer compartment.

Installing and operating your appliance

Warning! This appliance must be plugged into an earthed socket. When
installing the appliance, make sure the power cable is not trapped underneath,
or it will be damaged and must be replaced immediately.
• This appliance operates on AC 220-240 V and 50 Hz.
• You can ask the authorized department to installation and switch on the appliance free of
charge.
• Before connecting to the electricity, make sure that the voltage on the data plate corresponds
to the voltage of the electrical system of your home.
• Provide a household socket for the plug. Failing this, an electrician should be called.
• The manufacturer is not liable in the event that the appliance is not grounded in line with
the recommendations of this brochure.
• Do not expose to direct sunlight.
• This appliance should not be used outdoors or exposed to rain.
• The refrigerator must be installed away from heat sources; choose a place with adequate
air ventilation and at a distance of 50 cm from heaters, gas and coal stoves, and at least 2
cm from electric stoves.
• If the refrigerator is installed next to another refrigerator or freezer, leave a distance of at
least 2 cm to prevent condensation.
• Avoid placing heavy objects or large numbers of objects on the appliance.
• Leave a space of at least 15 cm above the appliance.
• The base of the appliance must be stable and horizontal. Use the adjustable
feet at the front of the appliance to compensate for uneven floors.
