Maintenance work

Actuator
The actuator of the diaphragm valve is maintenance-free provided it is
used according to these operating instructions.

Wearing parts of the diaphragm valve
Parts which are subject to natural wear:
• Seals
• Diaphragm

If leaks occur, replace the particular wearing part with an appro-
priate spare part.

A distended PTFE diaphragm may reduce the flow-rate.

Inspection intervals

Check diaphragm for wear after a maximum 10
operations.
Muddy and abrasive media require correspondingly shorter
inspection intervals!

Transport and storage damage!
• Protect the device against moisture and dirt in shock-resistant
packaging during transportation and storage.
• Permitted storage temperature: -40 – +55 °C.
Damage to the environment caused by device components
contaminated with media.
• Dispose of the device and packaging in an environmentally
friendly manner!
