System description and features

INTEGRA is a steer-by-wire steering system which combines traditional hydraulic components with electronic
components checked by a specific data network
INTEGRA can be considered as an extremely safe and reliable system thanks to its communication system
equipped with sensors, systems of self-checking and diagnostic.
The system is managed by checking data related to the hydraulic flow (number of turns of the steering wheel)
and to the current absorption (power).
The main PURPOSES of the INTEGRA system are the following:
- Strengthen the steering experience with more functions, better performances and a higher level of reliability.
- Reduce the energy consumption and noise, and better manage temperatures.
- Simplify and make it intuitive to use it with the automatic pilot.
- Facilitate the installation, especially in the dual station configuration.
- Minimize the presence of hydraulic hoses.
- Manage applications up to four engines with a single control unit.

Warnings for the correct use of the system

DANGER
Do not modify the system in any way to fit it to your application, otherwise its components will no longer operate
in safety and they will endanger the boat and the occupants.
WARNING
All ULTRAFLEX steering systems must not be installed on boats equipped with engines whose maximum horsepower
is higher than the horsepower rating approved by boat manufacturer.
WARNING
ULTRAFLEX steering systems must not be installed on race boats.
