3.3 Installation of the components
The information about the installation of each component of the INTEGRA system is indicated in the corresponding
installation and maintenance manuals.
WARNING
For the proper installation of the different components, observe the warnings and safety standards contained in
each installation and maintenance manual.
3.4 Hydraulic connections
3.4.1 General warnings for hose connection
WARNING
For proper installation refer to paragraph 3.4 of the hydraulic cylinder installation and maintenance manual for
INTEGRA UC120 outboard motors.
Screw the hoses on the cylinder fittings with a torque of 20[Nm] (15[lb ft])
according to the following instructions:

Minimum hose bend radius 250 mm;
-
No interference during engine tilting;
-
No interference with the transom;
WARNING
An excessive hose bend could result in its internal breaking which will
cause a bad operation of the system. In this case it is necessary to replace
the damaged hose.
DANGER
Only use OB-SVS kits with 1740 psi
hydraulic hoses.
