Turn on the system and enable the bleeding
mode using the control panel (see paragraph
4.3.1.2)

Top up the tank with oil (7) until reaching he
maximum level.

Turn the steering wheel until the cylinder/s
reaches/reach the end of the stroke.
DANGER
During the steering wheel rotation, cylinders and
engines move. Ensure that there are no persons or
objects near the moving parts.
Go on rotating the steering wheel until all air bub-
bles have been removed.
NOTICE
Thanks to the bleeding hose transparency, it
is possible to check the presence of air in the
system,
NOTICE
During the bleeding operation check the oil level in
the tank and top up if necessary
DANGER
During the bleeding operations ensure that the kit
hoses do not bend. Any fold may make the hoses
break causing high pressure oil leakages.

Rotate the steering wheel in the opposite di-
rection of rotation until the cylinder/s reaches/
reach the end of stroke on the opposite side.
10 Go on rotating the steering wheel until all air
bubbles have been removed from the cylinder.

Repeat the process described above, making
sure that there are no air bubbles in the hoses.
Thanks to transparent hoses it is possible to
check the presence of air in the system.
CAUTION
If necessary, repeat the process described above.
12 Disable the bleeding mode from the control
panel (see paragraph 4.3.1.2)

Close the bleed valves on the control unit and
on the cylinder/s.
14 Check the correct operation of the system.
15 Repeat the whole bleeding process after 24
hours so as to ensure the absence of air in the
system.
