17.0 MOUNTING EXTRA LOW PROFILE OR "RACING" PROFILE TYRES
USING THE ACCESSORIES
LOWER BEAD
Follow standard proceedings described in the Installation, Use and Maintenance guide of Tyre-Changer.
UPPER BEAD
Position the tyre as described by standard proceedings inside the Installation, Use and Maintenance guide of
Tyre-Changer.
Position the roller (8) of the right accessory on hour 1 (fig.20A) position and the bead-pusher (4) of the left ac-
cessory on the right of the mounting head (X) on hour 3 position so that the upper tyre bead stays at the same
level as the rim's groove (Fig.26).
Make sure the valve is positioned on hour 4 position (fig. 20A) after the bead-pusher of the left accessory.
Let turntable turn until the tyre is completely mounted (Fig.27).
Release the accessories
