• Insert o-ring
• Do not use sharp objects.

Place disk

⑥ cover with nut ④ on the threaded nipple ①
Fix actuator
• Use flats on tube for wrench (WAF24)
• Max. tightening torque: 20 Nm.

④ with Loctite 274.
Secure nut
→
⑥ with special wrench
Assemble actuator cover
• Max. tightening: G-100 = 45 Nm / H-125 = 60 Nm.
→
Set max. stroke by adjusting the setscrew
→
② with nut ③.
Secure setscrew
→
Test valve for function and leaktightness.
