One-touch dialling buttons
You can assign a phone number to each of the one-touch dialling buttons (M1/M2/M3).
Assigning phone numbers to one-touch dialling buttons
Lift the receiver, press the [STORE] button (7), enter the phone number to be stored
using the digit keys (11) and then press the one-touch dialling button (M1/M2/M3) to
which the phone number is to be assigned. Replace the receiver to conclude the stor
ing process.
If you use the phone in a PABX system which requires a dialling pause after the access
code, press the [d/P] button (12) at the relevant position in the phone number during
the programming process to define a dialling pause of 3.6 seconds.
Dialling the phone numbers stored
Lift the receiver and press the respective one-touch dialling button (M1/M2/M3). The
phone number assigned to the button is dialled.
Speed dialling
You can also store phone numbers as speed dial numbers assigned to the digit keys
(11).
Storing phone numbers as speed dial numbers
Lift the receiver, press the [Store] button (7) and use the digit keys to enter the phone
number to be stored. Then press the [e] button (15) followed by the digit key to which
the phone number should be assigned. Replace the receiver to conclude the storing
process.
If you use the phone in a PABX system which requires a dialling pause after the access
code, press the [d/P] button (12) at the relevant position in the phone number during
the programming process to define a dialling pause of 3.6 seconds.
Dialling the phone numbers stored
Lift the receiver and press the [e] button (15) followed by the corresponding digit key.
The phone number assigned to the button is dialled.
