6. Troubleshooting
If a problem occurs with your Zip Hydroboil® unit, the cause is often something very simple. Try to resolve the problem yourself with
the aid of the table below. That will help you avoid the expense of an unnecessary callout.
Problem
Water stays cold
No water flow when tap is operated.
Low water flow at the tap.
Water does not boiling or takes much
more time to heat up.
Boiling water runs empty and does not
refill.
Overload protection tripped repeatedly.
Appliance switched on but does not
heat.
