Useful tips
• Wear gloves in cold weather.
• You should have enough to drink with you during
longer trips (maybe use a drink belt pack or drink
knapsack).
• Please wear clothing suitable for the weather.
• Start off in level territory – 30 minutes of Nordic
walking comply with approx. 50 minutes of hiking
without poles.
• Maintain a consistent speed so that you are still
able to talk while walking.
Equipment
Fiberglas Matrix Carbon
