24. Error messages and warnings

This charger incorporates a wide range of protective and monitoring systems designed to check the charger's functions and monitor the state of its elec-
tronics. If any of the unit's limit values are exceeded, the charger responds accordingly: the charge process is switched off (e.g. car battery almost flat).
The warning message and the audible warning signal can be switched off by pressing any button.
Battery connected with reverse polarity
Connection broken. Check charge lead and battery
Output short-circuited
Input voltage outside permissible range (11 - 18 V)
LiXX battery: incorrect cell count set
Charger error: disconnect charger from power supply immediately, disconnect battery
LiXX battery: the actual voltage is lower than the set voltage. Check the cell count
LiXX battery: the actual voltage is higher than the set voltage. Check the cell count
LiXX battery: the voltage of one cell is too low. Check the cell voltages
LiXX battery: the voltage of one cell is too high. Check the cell voltages
LiXX battery: error at balancer connector. Check balancer connector and lead
The charger has overheated: disconnect from the power supply, disconnect the battery, and allow the charger to cool down
Charger error: disconnect charger from the power supply immediately, disconnect battery. The charger must be repaired
