Guarantee conditions

2.7.2
Your FRED easyport TRAINER device from SCHILLER comes with a guarantee (from the
date of purchase) covering all workmanship or material defects. The guarantee does not
however cover damage due to negligence or improper use. The guarantee includes the
replacement of faulty parts. It excludes any liability for consequential damage. The guarantee
shall not apply if the device is repaired by unauthorised or unqualified personnel.
In the event of a fault, the device in question shall be returned to the local SCHILLER
representative or directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer warrants the safety, reliability
and proper operating of the device only if
•
any assemblies, additions, new settings, modifications or repairs are carried out by persons
approved by the manufacturer and
•
the device and its accessories are used in accordance with the manufacturer's
specifications.
Important
SCHILLER offers no other guarantee relating to the merchantable quality or the fitness of the
product or its components for a particular purpose.
