Observe without testing
To position another test sample you can select the mode. The
image will be updated continuously, there will be no evaluation.
After completion of the overall test activate the Next > button. Then you will be
asked via a dialogue window if the parameter set created or edited is to be stored.
Then you will again get to the Manage configuration data dialogue page. The new-
ly created or edited and stored parameter set was automatically activated and is
marked accordingly in the list of configured data files.
You can now change into the monitor mode via the Monitor button or disconnect
the sensor in the operating program via the Disconnect sensor menu item in the
Connection menu. In the latter case the reader will be set into its usual operating
state and will work according to the settings of the active configuration file.

Monitor sensor

In this monitor mode the operation of the sensor can be monitored. With each trig-
gering the image captured will be displayed. The respective reading result, the eval-
uation of the code quality and the statistical information are protocolled in the out-
put window.

In this mode each image captured has to be transmitted to the operating program. This takes
time. As compared to operation without operating program the sensor will therefore only
achieve a reduced reading rate.
For the diagnosis of problems with decoding you can change into the Service mode
dialogue page via the Service Mode button.
Continue to the Manage configuration data dialogue page via the Parameter button.
