Cleaning and Storage
CAUTION!
■
Danger of burns caused by the cold! Do not touch the inner container with bare
hands when you take it out of the device after use.
■
Remove the plug from the mains socket before doing any cleaning.
■
Ensure that the motor unit, cable, or plug do not fall into water or become wet.
Should the device fall into water, switch off the power supply immediately. Do not att-
empt to pull the device out of the water while it is still connected to the mains power!
■
Never touch the motor unit, the cable or the plug with wet hands.
■
The device is NOT dishwasher-safe!
■
Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads for cleaning.
These can damage the surface.
Motor Unit, Lid and Stirring Paddle
1. Remove the lid with the motor unit from the outer container (see the "Use" chapter,
step 8).
2. Remove the stirring paddle from the motor unit and clean it if necessary with clear,
warm water and mild detergent.
3. Then dry the stirring paddle thoroughly with a soft cloth. If necessary, place the
stirring blade back in the stirring paddle.
4. Take the motor unit off the lid (see the "Use" chapter, step 6).
5. Clean it if necessary with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild detergent.
6. Then dry the motor unit thoroughly with a soft cloth.
7. Clean the lid if necessary with clear, warm water and mild detergent.
8. Then dry all parts thoroughly with a soft cloth.

If necessary, you may also remove the stirring
blade (B). To do this, undo the wing screw (C) by
gripping the stirring blade and turning the screw in
the anticlockwise direction (see pictures).
