Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients:
– 3 g soluble coffee powder
– 250 ml milk (3.5 % fat)
– 150 g double cream (at least 40% fat)
– 5 g gelatine
– 50 g sugar
1. Dissolve the coffee in the milk.
2. Mix together the coffee milk, double cream, the pre-prepared gelatine and the sugar
to create an even, smooth mixture.
3. Place the ice cream mixture in the fridge for at least 2 - 4 hours and allow it to cool
down.
Tip: The cooler the ice cream mixture, the better and faster you will get your ice
cream!
4. Proceed in the manner described in the "Use" chapter.
Fruit Ice Cream
Ingredients:
– 250 g fruit (frozen)
– 75 g sugar
– 75 ml whipped cream
– 100 ml lemon juice concentrate
1. Chop up the frozen fruit using a blender or something similar.
2. Mix together the chopped-up fruit, the sugar, the whipped cream and the lemon juice
concentrate to form an even, smooth mixture.
3. Place the ice cream mixture in the fridge for at least 2 - 4 hours and allow it to cool
down.
Tip: The cooler the ice cream mixture, the better and faster you will get your ice
cream! If necessary, simply place it in the fridge again.
4. Proceed in the manner described in the „Use" chapter.
Please note that you cannot serve fruit ice cream via the outlet unit, but rather
must remove the inner container from the ice cream maker. Remove the ice
cream from the inner container.
Ice Cream
Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
– 2 eggs, M size
– 100 g cane sugar
– 450 ml whipped cream
– 220 ml milk
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla
1. Whisk the eggs and beat to a white froth in a water bath using a manual mixer.
2. Slowly add the sugar and whip until the sugar has dissolved and a creamy-shiny
mixture has been formed.
