HOW TO CONNECT YOUR LATITUDE COMMUNICATOR TO A
CELLULAR NETWORK
The LATITUDE Communicator is an in-home monitoring system that uses a wireless
communication system to communicate with your implanted device.
The Communicator does not provide continuous monitoring. It automatically reads
implanted device information at times scheduled by your healthcare provider. At
scheduled intervals, the Communicator sends your device data to the LATITUDE
system through a standard telephone line. For more information, refer to the Patient
Manual that came with your Communicator.

Your LATITUDE Communicator may also use the Multi-Tech Systems MultiConnect
MT200A2W analog-to-wireless cellular converter to access a cellular network when
use of a regular analog telephone line is not possible. The MultiConnect Converter has
been tested and found to be compatible with the LATITUDE Communicator.
