Determine the local water hardness
– from the local utility company
– with a hardness tester
(order no. 6.768-004)
Roof has been removed
Open control box on the operator panel
Set the rotary potentiometer (1) according to
the water hardness. The correct setting can
be found in the table.
Example:
Set to 6 on the scale if the water hardness
is 2.7 mmol/L. This gives an interval of
31 seconds, i.e. the solenoid valve opens
every 31 seconds. (Short audible click)

13. Setting The System Idle Cycle
The system idle cycle is set by adjusting the
control on the larger circuit board on the left
side wall of the switching cabinet.
The system idle cycle is set in the factory
to the minimum time (2 minutes), and can be
increased to a maximum of 8 minutes.
