6.3 Work in accordance with DIN EN 13564
6.3.1 Inspection/functional test
Functional test motor-driven flap
Press the "manual operation" button on the control unit
and check whether the closing process of the motor-dri-
ven flap is carried out fault-free.
Open and close the emergency closure lever several
times by actuating the "flap" button accordingly.
✓ Return the flap(s) to operating state.
Functional test optical probe
Dismantle probe incl. bracket.
Clean with damp cloth if necessary.
Immerse probe tip in prepared container with water.
Wait for the control unit signal (backwater).
✓ Motor-driven flap automatically moves to CLOSED posi-
tion.
Take the optical probe out again.
✓ Motor-driven flap automatically moves to OPEN position.
Power LED on the control unit lights up green.
