LOCATE HOOD MOUNTING
SCREWS
1. Mark the location of four (4) inner mounting screws on the soffit or
ceiling following dimensions shown. Drive the screws half-way into
the framing.
INSTALL BACKSPLASH
(OPTIONAL)
Backsplash must be installed before hood shell be-
cause hood shell covers backsplash's top mounting
screws.
See instructions packed with backsplash.

MOUNT BLOWER
(INCLUDED IN 325H OR 326H BLOWER/ROUGH-IN KITS)
STUD
1. Loosen barrel nut half-way.
2. Lift blower to rough-in plate. Slide blower back (down for
horizontal installation) to engage blower tab with slot in plate
and blower slot with barrel nut.
3. Tighten barrel nut to secure blower to rough-in plate.
STUDS
1. Loosen barrel nuts
and wing nut half-
way.
2. Lift blower to rough-
in plate and over
barrel nuts. Slide
blower sideward to
engage barrel nuts
with small end of keyholes and wing nut with slot.
3. Tighten nuts to secure blower to rough-in plate.
INSTALL SOFFIT CHIMNEY (optional) USING INSTRUCTIONS PACKED WITH IT.
INSTALL HOOD
1. Lift hood into position and hang it from the four (4) inner mounting
screws. Make sure screws are engaged in small end of keyholes and
hood is against the wall - then tighten screws securely.
2. Drive four (4) additional mounting screws through the small end of
outer keyholes, through the drywall, and into the framing.
