Step 3. Installing New Springs
Determine replacement spring package.
Springs are color-coded at the ball end. Red = 100%, Blue = 50%, White = 25%

Reformers arrive with four 100% springs, and one 50% spring.

Leaving middle position free, place 100% springs
in remaining positions on the carriage, as illustrated
on right. Install 50% spring in the center.
Replacement spring packages are also available.

Place 50% spring in the center and two

1 Starting with spring #1 from your spring package,
remove nylon locknut from bolt end of spring.
