DISPOSING OF TOOL
If your tool has become damaged beyond repair, do not throw it out. Bring it to the appropriate recycling facility.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the tool does not function properly or if it is missing parts, contact Princess Auto Ltd. for a solution. If unable to
do so, have a qualified technician service the tool.
Problem(s)
Cutting wheel moves slowly
or not at all.
The tool will not
stop running.
Motor will not operate.
The tool still does not run
with proper air pressure.
Power is reducing
continuously but the wheel is
rotating properly.

Possible cause(s)
Foreign materials are
blocking the motor valve or
the inlet.
The rotor blade is broken.
One or more of the O-rings
are worn or out of position.
The rotor is blocked by
foreign material.
The bearing is worn out.
The air pressure is too low.
The rotor blade is blocked.
The motor is rusted.
Lack of lubricating oil.
The shaft and sleeve
are worn.
Suggested solution(s)
Check for and clean out any foreign materials.
Replace the rotor blade.
Replace any worn or misaligned O-rings.
Check for and clean out any foreign materials.
Replace bearing.
Increase air pressure to a sufficient level without
exceeding 90 PSI.
Check for and clean out any foreign materials.
Remove rust and replace the oil.
Replace broken part(s).
Add lubricating oil.
Replace rotating shaft
or sleeve.
