Improperly inserting and changing the fitted

Before working on the product, remove

Do not use any flange/flange nuts if

Insert the fitted tool. Make sure that the

fitted tool rotates in the right direction
(see the jagged arrow on the housing).
Then close the protective hood (14).
Insert the clamping flange (10) and the

clamp bolt (11) into the spindle. Tighten
the clamp bolt by turning the hex key
(21a) anticlockwise.
Check if the fitted tool is fitted correctly,

moving parts run smoothly and the
clamp bolt is tightened.
Before working with the product, let it run
idle for one minute after changing/inserting
a fitted tool to ensure that the fitted tool has
been correctly inserted.
Mounting the parallel guide

Do not use a parallel guide if the cutting
width of the work piece is smaller than
5 mm.
Fix the parallel guide from the left-hand side
to saw along parallel to straight work piece
edges.

Connecting the dust extractor

Harmful/toxic dust can be produced when
working on e.g. paint coats containing lead
and some types of wood. They pose a dan-
ger for both the user and nearby persons.
– If you cut materials that could produce
hazardous dust, always use a dust
extractor. This also applies, among
other things, to hard woods, MDF pan-
els and ceramics.
– Protect yourself by wearing suitable
personal protective equipment and
keep other persons away from the work
area.
