d) Insert SD Card
• Insert the SD card into the card slot (39) until it locks audibly. SDHC cards can also be used.
If you want to remove the SD card, press slightly onto the SD card until you can hear an audible
unlocking sound again. The SD card can now be removed.
Switch off the "IN THE MIX" DJ set or switch to CD/USB playback to remove or replace the SD
memory card. Never remove the SD storage card from the SD card slot during playback. This may
destroy the SD card.
e) Selecting the Playback Source
• Use the input selection switch (26) and the CD/USB/SD (40) button to select the signal source to be played
through the mixing console channel.
f) Setting the Output Level
With the GAIN (27) control, the channel fader (33) and the MASTER LEVEL control (37), the output level is set at
the respective outputs.
g) Play/Pause
• Press the PLAY/PAUSE
• The time on the display is running. The starting position of the track is automatically saved as a CUE mark.
You can stop playback in two ways:
• Press the button PLAY/PAUSE
• During playback, press the CUE button (12). The device returns to the CUE mark and pauses.
h) Track Selection
Use the rotary control TRACK (23) to select the different tracks on the CD, the USB storage medium or the SD
card.
• Turn the rotary control clockwise by one grid position to skip one track forwards.
• Turn the rotary control counter-clockwise to go back to the start of the track or to the track before.
Whenever a track is selected, the device automatically sets the CUE mark at the beginning of that track.
