Angle Adjustment
To adjust the angle, undo all 4 screws at the side with a hexagon socket spanner and
adjust the angle with the aid of the scale. Then tighten the screws firmly again.
Stop Screw with Lock Nut
The stop screw in the motor holder can be used as a sensitive adjustment screw for
the milling depth. The lock nut prevents the adjustment screw from coming loose.
Workpiece Pushing Direction
Push the workpiece along in the direction of the arrow on the unit's body on the unit
(conventional milling). The feed speed can be adapted to the respective cut size and
the material being worked.
Roller Guidance
The two roller guides simplify working. They can be levelled precisely to the height of the guide rails.
On plain stainless-steel it may be advantageous to remove the roller guides completely.
Always commence milling work at the beginning of the work piece. It is not possible to plunge into the work piece at
another point.
Speed Setting
The drive motor Prod-No.25192 speed is steplessly adjustable via an adjustment wheel and is between 2.500 and
23.500 rpm. Important factors for setting the speed are:
a)
The cut size
The work piece's feed speed.
b)
c)
as a function of the material strength and material workability
Due to these various factors, no guideline value for the speed setting can be provided by the manufacturer.
However, the operator will very quickly determine his own experience-based values while using the unit and will
thereby achieve optimum results.
Special Indication for Bevelling of Stainless Steel
