Caution:
Take the watch off to set the time. This prevents
lateral pressure on the winding stem tube. Please use your
fingernails to pull the crown out and turn it gently between
two fingertips.
Never pull out the crown in a humid environment or under-
water. The water resistance of your watch is assured only
when the crown is pushed home.
chronograph
The chronograph is started and stopped by con-
secutively pressing the button at 2 o'clock. The
chronograph is reset to zero when the hand
is stopped or during an ongoing measurement
(flyback) with the button at 4 o'clock. If the but-
ton at 4 o'clock is pressed while the chronograph
hand is running, the hand will fly back to zero and
a new measurement will start automatically. This
is referred to as the flyback function. Conversely,
if the chronograph hand is first stopped with the
button at 2 o'clock, the actuation of the button
at 4 o'clock will cause the hand to return to zero
and stay there until a new measurement is acti-
vated by hand. To reset the chronograph hand,
make sure you press the button at 4 o'clock firmly
and squarely in the middle.
