02. Install the rack and define the position of the foundation plate (Fig. 4).
03. Dig the foundation and arrange the tubes for the electrical cables.
04. Insert the anchor bolts into the foundation plate and fasten them with
one nut below and one above the plate, so that the threaded part
and the bolt protrude by roughly 35–40 mm above the plate (Fig. 5).
05. Insert the tubes for the electrical cables through the opening of the
plate (Fig. 6).
06. Insert the anchor bolts into the cement previously cast into the
foundation hole. Level the plate properly and ensure that the
engraved side indicating the position of the pinion faces the gate,
aligned according to the measurements shown above.
07. Once the cement dries, remove the two nuts from the anchor bolts
and position the automation on the foundation plate (it must lie paral-
lel to the gate) then secure it with the two washers and nuts (Fig. 7).

3.2 - POSITIONING THE RACK

01. Unlock the gearmotor manually, open the gate completely (Fig. 8) and
install the first segment of the rack (Fig. 9). Fasten the rack along its
entire length, while making sure that there is a space of at least 1 and
2 mm between the pinion and the rack (Fig. 10).
02. After installing the last part of the rack, cut away the excess part
(Fig. 11).
03. It must not go beyond the gate (Fig. 11).
