The cables for power supply and thermostats can be
passed into the units at the bottom through the PG
screw-joints.
2.3 Burner Connection
The DV 45-120 units are delivered with universal
burner flange, which makes it possible to mount all
usual burner types.
On the DV 150-300 units an intermediate flange has
to be mounted - according to burner type. Dimensions
and bore holes appear in the burner manual.
The burner is connected to mains by means of a
Wieland plug. This plug is already pre-mounted in the
burner compartment. If the burner has no corre-
sponding plug/does not fit to this plug the Wieland
plug in the DV 45-300 unit is to be dismounted and
electrical connection is in stead made as shown in the
wiring diagram in paragraph 6 and according to the
wiring diagram of the burner.
Oil and gas connection is to be made only by authorized
specialists.
Before starting and adjustment of the burner, please
refer to the manuals from the burner supplier. If the
unit is delivered with pre-mounted burner the instruction
manual for the burner is delivered separately with the
DV unit.

2.4 Free-blowing Unit

The DV 45-120 units are supplied with air discharge
grilles when delivered and can immediately be used
as free-blowing units. For the DV 150-300 a separate
discharge head, which can easily be mounted on top
of the unit (fig. 5), is available.
2.5 Duct Connection

important to take care that the total pressure loss of
the entire duct system is not too large. Contact your
Dantherm dealer for information about the maximum
values. With high pressure losses in the ducts the
