PREPARAZIONE DELL'ATTUATORE (VARIANTE 180°)

PERICOLO - ATTENZIONE: in questa fase è richiesto l'avviamento
del martinetto con scatola aperta. Prestare la massima attenzione
perché ciò presenta condizioni di pericolo residuo.
1 - Aprire l'anta.
2 - Asportare il coperchio della cassetta.
3 - Smontare la leva del martinetto.
4 - Inserire la boccola motrice e bloccarla mediante l'apposita spina.
5 - Posizionare il martinetto e bloccarlo utilizzando i relativi dadi.
6 - Montare la catena e bloccare con la maglia di giunzione.
7 - Posizionare e saldare il supporto tendicatena.
LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE: il tendicatena deve essere
perpendicolare al percorso della catena
8 - Rimuovere le scorie con una spazzola metallica. Successivamente rico-
prire la zona di saldatura con vernice antiruggine.
9 - Tensionare la catena, senza accedere.
10- Avviare la rotazione del martinetto, fino ad appoggiare perfettamente l'anta
agli arresti meccanici in chiusura.
OBBLIGO: scollegare immediatamente l'alimentazione elettrica.
PREPARATION OF THE OPERATOR (VARIATION 180°)

DANGER - WARNING: in this phase the jack must be started up with
the box open. This must be done with great care because it could
represent a danger.
1 - Open the door.
2 - Remove the lid from the container.
3 - Remove the jack lever.
4 - Insert the drive bushing and block it with the appropriate pin.
5 - Position the jack and block it using the relative nuts.
6 - Fit the chain and block it with the joining ring.
7 - Position and weld the chain-stretcher.
READ CAREFULLY: the chain-stretcher must be perpendicular to
the chain path
8 - Remove the excess metal with a metal brush. Then cover the welded area
with rust-proof paint.
9 - Stretch the chain, without exaggerating.
10- Start jack rotation until the leaf is resting against the closing mechanical stops.
REQUIREMENT: immediately disconnect the power supply.

DANGER - ATTENTION: la mise en marche du vérin doit avoir lieu
avec le boîtier ouvert. Etre très prudent car ceci présente un risque
résiduel.
1 - Ouvrir le vantail.
2 - Enlever le couvercle du boîtier.
3 - Déposer le levier du vérin.
4 - Introduire la douille menante et la fixer à l'aide de la goupille prévue à cet effet.
5 - Positionner le vérin et le fixer avec les écrous correspondants.
6 - Poser la chaîne et la fixer avec la maille de jonction.
