PREPARAZIONE DELLA CASSETTA AUTOPORTANTE
I
1 - Posizionare la cassetta e segnare i punti per i fori di fissaggio.
2 - Eseguire i fori di fissaggio, utilizzando trapano e punta adeguata.
3 - Fissare la cassetta utilizzando tasselli ad espansione.
4 - Lubrificare e montare la ralla e la boccola adeguata all'angolo di apertura
desiderato.
5 - Chiudere la cassetta con il relativo coperchio.
6 - Inserire la staffa completa di boccola, molla e perno.
7 - Lubrificare e montare la piastra di accoppiamento.
8 - Introdurre nello scavo cemento a presa rapida in quantità tale da raggiun-
gere in altezza il bordo del coperchio pareggiando il cemento a livello.

1 - Position the container and mark the points for securing holes to be drilled.
2 - Drill the holes, using an electric drill and an appropriate bit.
3 - Secure the container with expansion bolts.
4 - Lubricate and fit the slewing ring and the appropriate bushing for the open-
ing angle required.
5 - Close the container with the lid.
6 - Insert the bracket complete with the bushing, spring and pin.
7 - Lubricate and fit the coupling plate.
8 - Fill the hole with rapid cement until it reaches the top border of the lid and
level the cement.

1 - Positionner le boîtier et repérer la position des trous de fixation.
2 - A l'aide de la perceuse et d'une mèche appropriée, percer les trous de fixa-
tion.
3 - Fixer le boîtier en utilisant les chevilles à expansion.
4 - Lubrifier et poser la plaque tournante ainsi que la douille adaptée à l'angle
d'ouverture souhaité.
5 - Fermer le boîtier avec le couvercle prévu à cet effet.
6 - Introduire la patte avec douille, ressort et pivot.
7 - Lubrifier et poser la plaque d'accouplement.
8 - Introduire du ciment à prise rapide dans le trou jusqu'à atteindre le bord du
couvercle et niveler le ciment.
