The drainova® ArgentiC Catheter
The shape and handling of the drainova® ArgentiC Catheter is identical to that of the drainova® Catheter
described above. It differs only in the material of the tube, which is made out of biocompatible silicone
containing microsilver particles. The antimimicrobial efficacy of silver reduces the risk of infection.

Do not use this product if:
• the sterile packaging is damaged
• damaged
• expiry date has elapsed.
The drainage consumables are intended for single use only!
Re­use can contribute to a cross­contamination.
The catheter is intended for single implantation only.
The catheter kits are delivered in sterile packaging which have undergone quality controls. The cathe­
ter kits can not be re­sterilised.
ewimed GmbH accepts no liability for re­used, re­sterilised products or products taken from damaged
packaging.
Important: Dispose of used material in accordance with your local, state and national regulations.
Where necessary, provide a waste disposal container.
The product should be used only by qualified medical personnel!
Please also observe the hygiene regulations of your institution.
Do not use substances that may damage the components.
The catheter must not be cleaned with octenisept.
The tearaway introducer must not come into contact with alcohol, acetone or solutions containing
these substances.
