10. Malfunctions

10.1 Safety

Caution: Always disconnect the mains plug from the electric circuit before maintenance!

11. Warranty

A legal warranty period of twelve months from the date of purchase/date of invoice applies to our tools for commercial
customers.

11.1 Claims

If you wish to claim under our warranty or guarantee, please return the complete machine and your invoice to our
logistics centre in Berka, postage paid, or send it to one of our authorised service centres. We request that you contact
us beforehand by calling our free STORCH service hotline on 0800 7 86 72 47.

11.2 Warranty entitlement

Claims can only be accepted for material defects or manufacturing errors, and only assuming proper use of the appli-
ance. Wear parts are not covered by warranty claims. All claims shall become void in the event of installation of third
party components, improper handling and storage, as well as in the event of obvious disregard of the operating instruc-
tions.

11.3 Performing repairs

All repairs must be conducted on our premises or by an authorised STORCH service centre.

12. Disposal

End-of-life devices must not be disposed of as domestic waste. Please take them to a suitable collection point or hand
over the end-of-life device to your specialist dealer.
Solution
Insert the intake/return hose deeper into the suction container, fill up with
material.
Rinse the device with suitable rinsing/cleaning liquid (water, water with rin-
sing agent, lukewarm if necessary, see material manufacturer's recommenda-
tion).
See Fig. 5 and 3.
Remove the four pump chamber screws (pos. 40) and valve screw guards (41)
on both sides.
Open the valve screw connections (39) with a 14 mm ring spanner.
Detach the valve heads from the valve seats (33 - 37), clean and reinsert
them.
Tighten the valve screw connections (39) hand-tight again.
Fit the valve screw guard (41) and hand-tighten the pump chamber screws
(40) crosswise.
Remove nozzle and check without nozzle. If material is conveyed, clean noz-
zle, replace if necessary.
Increase pressure, install larger nozzle if necessary.
Replace the pump diaphragm. Contact the STORCH Service Hotline on 800-
