MAINTENANCE
There is a hole on both
the left and right of the
treadmill to add silicone.
Install the nozzle extension
onto the silicone oil
bottle. Insert the Nozzle
Extension about 4 inches
into the hole.
Silicone
oil bottle
Slowly pump oil from the
silicone lubricant bottle
onto the treadmill to lube.
