H. WARRANTY
This product has undergone stringent testing during manufacture.
We guarantee the buyer that our mills F100 are trouble free from material and functionning.
This mill has several warranties:
• Conformity warranty : duration of 2 years, from the date of original purchase (date of receipt),
conformément au droit européen. The product or the defective parts will be repared free of
charge, under the following conditions :
o the product is defective in material or workmanship.
o the product has been returned with 24 months from the date of original purchase (date of
receipt).
o The product was bought in an EC country.
• Commercial warranty : duration of 10 years, from the date of original purchase (date of
receipt).
The warranty is limited to the exchange of defected parts recognized by ourselves (wearing
parts not included). The mill or defective parts have to be send to your dealer or our company.
All the shipping and handling costs are in charge of the user. The defected parts have to be
adequatly packed.
This warranty will be granted upon presentation of the original invoice or cash receipt,
indicating the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not apply to the following:
o Damage caused by accidents including, but not limited to lightning, fire, water, ...
o Damage to the product resulting from neglect, misuse, use against the operating manual
instructions, repair or install wrongly performed (non exhaustive list).
o Modification, adaptations or alteration of the product.
The guarantee applies to the millstones only if clean, dry grains are used, free from any stones,
nails, metal chips or foreign particules.
In the event of repairs, no claims will be accepted for indemnities concerning lost time or loss of use
during repair.
If you need service, whether or not under guarantee, please approach the dealer who sold you the mill.
In your own interest, we advise you to read the instructions bookelt carefully before contacting your
dealer.
These statements do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable national legislation
in force, nor your consumer's rights against the dealer from whom you bought the product.
