In coarse grinding: there is a tendency to lose abrasive of cement before it is totally worn out.
Regularly, as soon as you find the flour becoming less fine than usual, "sharpen" your millstones by
marking very fine in flour.
SAMAP millstones are going to re-grind automatically themselves. (Cuttes millstones from standard mills
have to be redressed regularly: tricky and expensive job).
It is just the very fine grinding, which will re-grind the stones and is a much cheaper and easier way.
DON'T HESITATE TO OFTEN GRIND IN A FINE GRINDING OR EXTRA FINE GRINDING WAY, YOU WILL OF
NEVER MILL OILSEEDS AS THE OIL WILL CAUSE THE MILLSTONES TO CLOG UP.
Only milling of oilseeds is impossible with millstones. You can however mill oilseeds such as linseed or
other seeds by mixing them 50/50 with a hard dry cereal such as wheat.
