Procedure of functioning if sensor link default:
It allows to choose functioning type to carry out at detection of a default on link to sensor.
Two solutions are proposed alternatively according to configuration in progress:
 Power cut sector:
 Ocurrence saved(sensor link default).
 The power cut is activated.
 No power cut sector :
 Occurrence saved (sensor link default).
