Dismantling and disposal of materials may be
entrusted to third parties provided that such
companies are authorised to collect and dispose
of the materials in question.

force in the given country when disposing of
materials and for the disposal report, if required.

3.2 Transport

Make sure the fork lift has a lifting ca-
pacity greater than the weight of the
equipment to be handled. The lifting
equipment operator will be entirely
liable for lifting the loads.
The lower part of the product has special con-
nections for fitting the wheels (Fig. 3.2). To fit
the wheels, refer to the "4 wheel kit" installation
manual.
The wheels are not supplied as stand-
ard but can be purchased separately.
Pay special attention to protect wood
or parquet floors appropriately, other-
wise the weight of the appliance might
spoil them during handling operations.
Avoid jerks or abrupt movements during lifting
operations.
Pay attention to the possible loss of balance of
the appliance.

3.3 Checking the support surface

Check the load capacity of the floor.
If the floor is not suitable for supporting the
weight of the stove, install suitable steel plates
(A - Fig. 3.3a) or a concrete base (A - Fig. 3.3b)
fitted with a 10x10x6 electro-welded mesh (B -
Fig. 3.3b) to distribute the weight.
The dimensions of the plates and of the
concrete base must be calculated by a
qualified technician.
Installing the stove at a height of about 40-50 cm
from floor to fire level is advisable to facilitate use.
To level the stove, use the appropriate adjust-
ment screws located under the support feet.
